Guild Bank Treasury System Launch
We’re excited to introduce one of the biggest features to date — the Guild Bank System!
This is the first of three components that make up the complete banking suite for your guild.

🏦 Treasury (Now Live)
The Treasury is your guild’s new financial hub, allowing you to:
- View total in-game currency held by the guild and see which members hold what.
- Track all deposits, withdrawals, and adjustments with full transparency.
- Process withdrawal requests with pending, approved, or rejected states.
- Maintain detailed withdrawal transaction history for audit and management.
🧾 Deposit Records
- View every deposit, adjustment, or withdrawal record in one place.
- Deposits are not automatically approved and require approval by staff when a member contributes gold, silver, or copper.
- Adjustments allow staff to increase or decrease a user’s balance for any reason (positive or negative).
- Withdrawals are recorded as negative entries and tied to the related request.
📈 What’s Next
The Guild Bank System will eventually include:
- 📚 The Guild Library – for tracking your guild’s blueprints, schematics, and knowledge base.
- 📦 The Guild Storage – for managing items, consumables, and materials.
