This update introduces Multi-Discord Integration — one of our most requested features — and expands guild management capabilities with Subguilds, paving the way for the upcoming Alliance System.
Key Changes
💬 Multi-Discord Support
You can now link multiple Discord servers to your guild and seamlessly use VerraLink’s features across all of them.
Perfect for guilds that have:
- A public Discord for recruitment and applications.
- A private guild Discord for internal discussions and member privacy.
Highlights
✅ /link now provides visual confirmation once linking is successful.
✅ /unlink now uses a secure password (generated from the website) with a 30-second validity window.
✅ The website now provides real-time unlink feedback, making it a fully integrated process — no manual steps required.
✅ Each setting now includes a field asking which Discord server to apply it to.
⚠️ When you unlink a Discord server, all integrations tied to that server are immediately disconnected.
You’ll need Administrator permissions in that Discord to do so. The generated unlinking password expires in 30 seconds for security.
🏰 Subguild System
We’ve added Subguilds to help you organize large communities or multi-branch guilds!
- Each guild has a default subguild (same name as the guild).
- All members are automatically assigned to the default subguild.
- You can create up to 4 subguilds per guild.
- Each subguild must have a unique name.
- You cannot delete the final remaining subguild.
- If a subguild is deleted, its members are marked as unassigned.
- Subguilds are not displayed in the main member list.
💡 Perfect for large organizations with branch divisions like PvP, Crafting, or Trade.
⚒️ Crafting Calculator & Request System
We’ve made major UX improvements to streamline the crafting workflow:
- Added total cost widget to easily view full material cost.
- Simplified layout — cleaner, more compact design.
- Fixed number input UX issues.
- Added editable unit costs and total row cost columns.
- Added reset fees button for quick adjustments.
- Added collapse/expand all child requests controls.
- Children requests are collapsed by default for faster loading.
- Improved activity log (latest logs now appear first) + pagination support.
- Polished overall look and reduced clutter.
- Updated hover behavior to reduce unintended flickering.
🛠️ Fixes & Visual Updates
✅ Fixed issue preventing anonymous users from using the Crafting Calculator (edge cases).
✅ Unified UI for public pages — Guild Discovery, Crafting Calculator, Marketplace Storefronts, and Buyers Bay now share a consistent style.
Please test the new systems and let us know how they perform — your feedback is invaluable as we continue refining VerraLink.
This update brings major refinements to both the Crafting Calculator and the Crafting Request System, continuing our push toward making VerraLink the most advanced and accurate crafting coordination platform for guilds.
Key Changes
🧮 Crafting Calculator & Request System Improvements
- Added Crafting Fees — a new cost-tracking option to reflect real in-game crafting service costs.
(Note: Accuracy depends on the data we "have" -wink wink-. We plan to refine this further by the Harbinger update.) - Status changes now more accurately represent the crafting lifecycle, from planning to completion.
- The comment section has been moved to a more accessible side panel for easier communication.
- Child requests are now shared seamlessly across relevant requests, improving collaboration.
🧰 Functional Enhancements
- Status colors have been introduced for faster visual tracking of progress.
- Per-component Artisan Assignments are now supported — assign artisans individually to each crafting step for precision control.
- You can now pause production or revert to the planning phase when adjustments are needed.
- Added a Payment Tracker to monitor expenses, fees, and DKP/AP costs throughout the crafting process.
- Introduced per-component notes, allowing teams to document materials, steps, or artisan feedback directly in each part of the request.
🔄 System Maintenance
- Multiple smaller improvements across both systems for clarity and usability.
- Existing crafting request data has been reset to support the new system structure.
We understand how valuable data is, and we assure you this was done only because it was absolutely necessary for system stability moving forward.
We invite all guilds and artisans to test out the refined crafting workflow and share your feedback — your insights help us perfect the system for future expansions.

🧭 Command Menu Navigation
