Another big update just went live! Here’s what’s new:

You can now change your status directly from the activity preview.
Signup flow streamlined:
- Removed the “delete signup” button → replaced with a new Rejected state.
- Added Reset Signup to mark everyone back to Unknown.
- Manual signup stays as a legacy option for bugged cases.
Coverage chart (who hasn’t signed up) has been removed. Instead, a breakdown chart now shows attendance status (attending, absent, tentative, etc.).
Some edge cases between “Rejected” and “Ineligible” still remain — these will be refined after Discord role integration.

Guild Artisan page updated – clear separation of all 3 categories with a glance at the guild’s highest professions.
Added priority artisans & archetypes – choose up to 3 of each for discovery highlights.
Artisan Levels Update:
- Enter a number and it will match the certification.
- Setting a certification assigns the lowest level for it (e.g. Apprentice → 11).
- System now checks for too many grandmasters.
- Future update will expand guild-facing views after this sprint.

Admin & Owner Roles:
- Guild Owner, Admin Role = full access.
- All others must meet all required permissions + be a guild member.
Permissions feedback improved: system now clearly shows missing permissions.
Kicking Members: now has a confirmation window.
Guild Deletion:
- Must first kick all members.
- Requires typing the guild name in full for confirmation.

New helper card shows examples when uploading screenshots, to ensure OCR accuracy.
Improved character name check for faster verification.
